I'm sick of left clicking then right clicking on a wall (in creative) waiting for the painting I want. CAN'T there just be some simple gui to select the painting with the new creative gui. It wouldn't be hard...
They said they wanted to work on books first. You can now write in books, so you can be assured paintings are up on the list.
For now, you can take the 3-5 seconds of your very precious time it takes to get a painting the way you want.
I'm sorry, but this is just so minor...it's not even an "improvement", just a removal of a few seconds off the time it takes to build something.

While it is minor, it is usually much more than a few seconds. I have gone through 2-3 minutes waiting for the right painting to pop up. I can wait as long as needed for the painting update, but it is far more time consuming than you implied.

No, not really. There are 26 paintings, they will only appear in places where they'll fit (I.E, this wont fit in a one-block space). It really only takes a couple seconds. Maybe not 3-5, but nothing really over a minute.

Perhaps you have good luck, but I've spent quite a bit of time waiting for a proper large painting to show up.

Okay, if you want a SPECIFIC painting, is it extremely difficult to just make a border of cobble for the size of painting you want, then drop pictures in it until one of the few of that size fit?
Common sense people, common sense.

That seems to be what he's implying, and some painting improvements are long overdue anyways.
What's up? I'm the proud co-owner of a little ClassiCube server called Minebuild.

Sometimes, you just need a little more cave.
