(I do realize that some enchantments seem like others already existing, but having there own names for each tool gives them more character and meaning for the task being done.)
Hoe: (Grain and Acre can combine in one enchantment) Harvest= More items dropped randomly. (When destroyed with hoe) 1--->33% Chance to drop 2 times as much 2--->75% Chance to drop 2.5 times as much 3--->120% Chance to drop 3 times as much Grain= Makes soil grow plants quicker.
1--->25% Chance for soil to cause plants to grow faster
2--->66% Chance for soil to cause plants to grow faster
3--->150% Chance for soil to cause plants to grow faster Acre= Turns a large quantity of land into soil. (5 Block radius) 3--->80% Chance to turn the 5 block radius around harvested block (Soil) into harvested blocks (Soil)
Sword: (Ace and Rejuvinate can combine in one enchantment) Rejuvinate= Heals the player .5 hearts when attacking (Random health refilling)
1---> 25% Chnace to heal .5 hearts per strike
2---> 50% Chance to heal .5 hearts per strike
3---> 75% Chance to heal .5 hearts per strike Ace= Causes damage to increase .1 every swing that hits an enemy.
4---> .1 Damage increased per every strike
Axe: (Timber and Grove can combine in one enchantment) Timber= Takes down a tree with one block destroyed.
4---> 200% Chance to chop tree down with one block destroyed. Grove= When a tree gets chopped down with Grove, the tree will grow back with no sap required.
1---> 40% Chance tree will regrow
2---> 80% Chance tree will regrow
3---> 120% Chance tree will regrow

It doesn't need to be over 100 percent... 100 percent means it will always happen...
