I had the Idea of making different types of each mob or just post new mobs or Boss Ideas
Feel free to post your own Ideas
Heres my example of a boss Idea
Name: Mad Golem
Spawn: 10% to spawn in villages
Heath: 100 hearts
Attacks:
throw: what the Iron Golems do but does 4 hearts
smash: it lifts it's arms and smashes does 6 hearts but slow and it can destroy wood, cobblestone, and Gravel
Spawn: it does this when it has 30 or less hearts. It spawns 10 red snow golems that snowballs do 1 heart of damage (leather armor can make it do 0) also it spawns 2 healing golems that just heal him slowly like a golden apple does
Speed: less than Iron golem
Death: when it dies it falls apart arm then other arm then leg etc. It drops 0-2 diamonds 0-5 Iron ingots 1000xp and a heavy armor table.
Heavy armor table: you can only craft armor, the armor has to be iron gold or diamond. the protection and how long it lasts is x2 but when you wear it you get slowness 1 for gold slowness 2 for iron and slowness 3 for diamond to balance it out

nice. but why have a boss in vilages? the villagers are freindly. nice idea with the armor adding slowness, but gold should slow you down more than diamond, since gold is a pretty heavy element.
nice ideas though! a mod would be nice.
There's really no need to have a second golem type in villages. Personally, I think boss mobs should never be in the Overworld.

Attacks being copied from the Iron Golem isn't creative. Red Snow golems and "healing golems" also sound uncreative. I know this is supposed to be a boss mob, but it seems very overpowered. On top of this, we don't need a third golem.

We have enchantments to better our armor. This isn't a horrible idea, but having any kind of armor being able to last twice as long kinda hinders the point of us having to gather and stock up on as many resources as we can. That's just me though, and not a insult to the idea.

ok I thought that gold should slow you down less because it's not as good as iron or diamond and I've seen on multi player servers where people are running from mobs and hide in a village. I do it but there could be a small chance of something being hostile
Ok 0_Zippy I get where your coming from. I probably should of re thought what some one else might think. I wanted it to be powerful because of the armor table. If you don't like it well then what should I change?
Also just wondering why don't you want over world boss mobs
It hates you, it has inanely high health, it drops a bizarre item called the "heavy armour table" that apparently has something to do with armour, it drops diamonds and 15 iron, and it has a 10% chance of spawning in a village?
Please explain all these things.
ok it has high heath because it's a boss. you would rarely see these guys anyway. the heavy armor table makes your armor last longer and gives it more protection. like gold is as good as Iron, Iron is as good as diamond and diamond is better than diamond. The down side is that gold gives you slowness 1 when you wear it. Iron gives you slowness 2 and diamonds give you slowness 3
Ok I messed up with the drops I'll change them now.
with the spawning I thought "villages have no downside should they have a downside" my downside was a powerful mob
