(I searched and found ONE similar thread, however that one had things such as "Nations" and "assassins" and what not, so I think this is justified)
Now that we have seen Jeb experimenting with trading, I think there should be another part to it... Upgrades.
Village upgrades would be similar to the Milleniere mod. The more you trade, the more they upgrade.
It starts with little things, but gradually, you end up making a huge wonderful city.
There would be a new villager, the architect. While trading goes which ever way Jeb directs it for the normal NPCs, the architect has certain things he wants, those things are then used to upgrade the village. For example:
If you give the architect fences and gates, he may go and start making fences for the farms.
If you give him stone bricks, he may begin upgrading the roads to stone brick.
If you give him trapdoors and flowers, he may start making flower boxes along the roads.
Torches and Black wool may make him make enough lampposts to stop monster spawn in the village.
Maybe 1000 cobble could be used to make a wall around the village?

I dont know what the tales of kingdoms mod is.
It's the Millienre mod.
And villages are already buggy and hell. I wouldn't mind a village that doesn't spawn inside of the ground for once before any more changes are made.
