Let's face it: Endermen are weak to some of us. On Easy, they only count as 2 Hearts as damage. And I'm sure that many of you don't face Endermen unless you have some good armor. So let me class it up a bit. I'll use my imagination, to create a stronger version of the Endermen. It'll be just as balanced as the Endermen, but different. What will it be called? I call it, the Ender Armu...
Appearance: It's a bigger version of the Endermen by 3 times, and is humanoid just like the Player. However, one of the arms is twice the size of a normal Endermen's arm, the other one is about twice the size of the other arm, and its hand is all rocky and solid, and bigger than the arm itself (Not longer). It is much more bulky than the Endermen. It has an End Pearl in the middle of its chest, and it gleams like an Eye of Ender.
History: Legend says that the Armu was once seen when a bunch of obsidian spikes were destroyed. The Ender-Dragon was mad, because the Ender Crystals were on there too. Sooner later, they were destroyed by a bunch of Endermen, who had fused with the obsidian to form a more bulky version. They could not teleport very well because of the weight it put on. They soon began to appear everywhere, but more rare than the regular Endermen. They barely appear in the End because they teleport only a short distance. However, some do get into the End. They got their Ender Pearl from fusing together with the bones. They give a higher growl occasionally when they attack, intimidating opponents, similar to a Brute's Growl in Mass Effect 3, but higher. They will not die in sunlight, and can roam the Over-World.
Attacking Tactics: They walk about 50% slower than the Endermen. However, they substitute this weakness for more strength, and more Health. They will try to walk up to you, and swing its bigger arm at you. It's pretty self-explanatory that it would swing its bigger arm at you. However, because this is a heavy opponent, the enemy has recoil when he swings his arm, meaning when he attacks, he has to prepare for another strike with the same arm. Be careful, because the Armu can still teleport, but it has to charge up for a teleportation, meaning the Ender Pearl in the chest glows, then it teleports at a shorter distance than of an Endermen. On Easy, this deals 4 Hearts. Medium, 5 Hearts. Hard: 6 Hearts.
Health: Because it had traded it's speed, it's health is more bigger in length. Easy, 25 Hearts. Medium, 27 Hearts. Hard, 30 Hearts. When it is hit, it will make a noise similar to that a skeleton, because you're hitting the armor that was once bones, a separate object.
Death Effects: When it dies, it will make a lower growling sound that lasts for 2.5 seconds. You only push it back, but it doesn't make it jump back when it is hit. Potions of Harm do double the damage on this, as well as Weakening. Potions of Strength however, have no effect on them, but deal the same damage if you didn't use the potion. As a matter of death, it drops 1 Ender Pearl, as well as 0-2 pieces of Obsidian Shards, and at 1% chance, an Eye of Ender. It has the same texture as Rotten Flesh. Obsidian Shards is used in another Potion known as the Potion of Armor, if used with Mundane Potion. The Shards cannot be made into Obsidian blocks. It lasts for 30 seconds default, 1:00 minute if used with Redstone. What it does is that it fortifies the armor you are wearing. If you are not wearing armor, it gives you a 20% armor boost. If you wear armor just after the potion is used, it's effects are poured into the armor. For leather, the boost is 20%. Iron: 15%. Gold: 35%. Diamond: 5%. Chain: 25%. It may sound cheap, but it only lasts for 30 seconds. If used with Glowstone, all percentages increase by 10%.
You may think I'm copying these off of Final Fantasy, but it's just that they look similar to what my mind is trying to make up. Here is what it looks like: It doesn't have the two things on top of its shoulders, and it doesn't have a skirt. The hand closely resembles what I'm talking about.
I'm not sold on the Enderman aspect, and less so on the armour. The idea of a big armour enemy is solid, though. Perhaps if you took out the Enderman connection, called it a "Hollow Armour" and made it just a big walking armour with a Redstone core, dropping Redstone dust when beaten? It could otherwise be much the same enemy, perhaps dropping an "Armour Fragment" and still have an armour-based potion. Done this way, an interesting final mechanic would be if, in sunlight, the mob gave off dark smoke particles before death (no flames) and left behind a few gravel blocks in its place.
I only chose it to be a version of an Enderman because they were weak. I know you're trying to suggest a different version of my monster, but I chose it to be an Ender Mob because they have a whole dimension for them. I think there should be a bit more.

I agree with this, preferably as some kind of boss.

Well, maybe you should stop playing on easy then. Like you said, only two hearts of damage on easy. On normal they do 3 and a half, and on hard it's a grand total of five. They also have 20 hearts regardless of difficulty, can teleport, and will attack constantly if the player looks one in the eye.

Oh I play on normal, its just that I have armor. Iron Armor. Enchanted. I wasn't going to be stupid and automatically engage Endermen on normal with no armor or equipment.
[-Snippity-]...they have a whole dimension for them. I think there should be a bit more.
A fair point. However, if you want to tie them into the Ender mythos, they need to be a bit more similar, I think. First of all, teleportation. I grant you, the Ender Dragon doesn't teleport, but its egg does, so I think that counts. To keep the "bulky" nature, I see three ways to give them the teleporting connection.
Reduced Range: They can still teleport, but not as far.
Reduced Speed: They have to "charge up" before a teleport, much like a Creeper exploding.
Etherealness: Rather than fully teleporting, they become transparent, gaining the ability to move (slightly) faster, pass through blocks, and fly...but cannot attack or be attacked in this mode. { I'm not sure how feasible this is. }
The second thing is back to the armour again. It just doesn't fit well with the Endermen. If you want to have the Ender-connection, I would drop the armour bits and instead go with pieces of obsidian, or something else a bit strange.
That's a bit better, but now you need to clean up your post a bit more. Right now (at the time of writing this) it's a bit of a mess, with some bits still referring to the old text and some the new in a jumbled up hodgepodge.
Nontaken. I like the Creeper! Also, I do say it's creative, because who else would've thought of this? I'm sure this is original, and again, who would've thought of this as thorough as I did? Some people for sure, but some, no...
Frankly I suppor this ,BUT it could rarely call on 1-3 more endermen to help it.
these endermen are small and weaker then the regular enderman but are faster and can tp a lot father
one bulky enderman could only do this 1-3 times
