No, not to you. Can you articulate the question in terms of the thread guide, to the suggestions in the thread, or the purpose of the thread?
Okay. I would like to know whether or not your comment is a reply to me so that I know whether I should respond. If so, I can further the purpose of the thread by responding to you (because if your comment is in keeping with those three things you talk about, then a response would most likely be in keeping as well). If not, I feel no need to do anything. My responsibility towards the thread is, at the moment, self-limited to any idea I have and any replies to me that concern the thread.
I'm a little curious, what did you actually mean instead? Not that I'm pressuring you for some forced answer, but I'm still kinda curious.
I meant that a portion of these are not overall inferior or hated, or could be loved if suggested correctly.

Minecraft is not medieval-themed!!! As a matter of fact, it doesn't have a set time. And when and WHY did putting reponses in the quote, especially long ones, become a trend in the Suggestions? It's rather inconvenient, mainly since the OP has to gather your quote up manually. Avatar made by Endergirl!

No. If nothing is to be done, do nothing.
I don't feel the need to repeatedly correct or advise any one person on anything they think or don't think. For any topic of two persons, one pass of countering is enough for me, OP Suggest, critique, OP counter, CR counter, unless a new point of material substance can be made.
Any thoughts I had are toward the general guide and to the general approach of suggestions. After the second counter, nothing useful is achieved. So far I note you make attempt to make generally considered thoughts and post them, these thoughts are what they are.
Once each side presents a point, the dialog should move on. Either you clarify or don't. Forums should try not to fall into a dialog what No True Scotsman would do. There was sufficient said on both sides.
Largest file loaded is 90K commands from a command_block.
Lasted Updated Aug 7 2016 ... 1.9 to 1.10.2 Also the BlockDumpMod gives blockdump command which writes blocks to a text file as execute setblock commands or gives a report.

You are attempting a meta-argument. I have no idea where it came from, or what you're actually trying to say, because the way it is worded does not relate to what I just said in any way that I would understand it to be related, at least. It looks to me that you went on a ramble about what you personally do in an argument, an observation about me that tells me nothing because I don't know which part of your speech you're self-referring to, and that we should avoid doing grouping/exclusion fallacies (I think?). I don't know whose error this is, either me as a reader or you as a writer, or both, but some sort of miscommunication is going on.
Perhaps you are trying to dissuade me from asking whether or not you have replied to me, in an effort to promote only that conversation that is pertinent? I think I see lines of thought that could be summed up in this way.

I'm sure many parts of the guide cover this but, I might have something for the "excuses" section.
"Why not?"
"Why?" is always more important than "Why not?". Even if your idea of adding chimps doesn't hurt anything and still has some originality compared to other mobs, someone still has to make the effort into adding it into the game, and chances are, unless you're planning to make a mod for it, that person won't be you. Why should Mojang make the effort into adding and then refining your idea?
Going, "well, it's not a bad idea, so why not?" doesn't convince us of anything. Going, "I believe this mob would be a good idea because it provides X, is able to do Y and would be the first mob to do Z" probably might convince us of something.

Perhaps they aren't thinking correctly, but "why not" generally gets many, many answers why it shouldn't be in the game. It does accomplish some measure of discussion-starting, though not in a very positive light.

I should have been clearer. It's a bad idea to go "this is my mob idea, it does this and this. it doesn't hurt anything so why not?" and then they just drop the topic there, leave to get the burrito they left in the microwave and expect to come back to a thread full of "supppport!"
"Why not?" can be said for literally any suggestion that isn't particularly bad, but not exactly dripping with brilliance either. Minecraft seems to have more of a quality-over-quantity kind of aura about it (evidenced by the fact that we don't have too many prefix mobs and ore for almost every mineral in existence). So tossing an idea in the game with the mindset of "well it won't hurt anything" doesn't seem to work well here.
I also got something for the inferior suggestions section:
Please, if you want to suggest a new dimension, make it very original compared to the three we have. Taking a biome from the Overworld, stretching that into it's own dimension and giving it boring prefix mobs. I always narrow my eyes in boredom when people go "I suggest a ice dimension, it's like full of snow and ice n stuff. The mobs there are the ice creeper, the chilled spider and the iced villager that only trades you ice and snow!!"

What about the suggestion I put here for "Command blocks in survival" as a generally hated suggestion?

Also take a look at this guide if you are requesting builders for a server/project.
Please note, if I deny a suggestion because it is already possible, then I mean it is already possible withing 10 command blocks (That do not spawn other command blocks) or up to 5 creations (Command blocks that spawn other command blocks) to make your suggestion.
If I critique your suggestion I am not hating on you. Learn the difference.
Theriasis, Please do not add or at least delay "command block discussions in survival" to the list of generally hated ideas. That closes off the discussion on any user customization of worlds in survival mode.

It's not so much "command blocks in survival" but "command blocks that are obtainable without commands in survival," I think.

A very in-depth guide that is both funny and informative. The way that you blend humor with Minecraft is laugh-out-loud material that only a player would understand, and needless to say, I laughed a lot at this. People have made a lot of stupid suggestions (seriously, I follow this forum a lot and have seen everything from diamond dimensions to giant flower biomes becuz lyke we alredy hav mushrum biomz so we shud lyke have thez tu), and it's pretty enjoyable to see them be made fun of. I already knew most of this, but kept reading the thread because it was so entertaining. I did learn a few things though, so thanks for making this!
Oh wow, you mean there's finally someone who understands why the guide was written the way it was instead of going "augh i'm so offended!"? I thought those people didn't exist here. The guide would be so horribly, horribly boring without all the exaggeration and the stupid suggestion parts.

Remember when we said Don't be Vague? Don't do the Very opposite. Your Whale that can Spout Water for up to 5.3 Blocks after being underwater for 120 Seconds and can be tamed if you craft a Water Saddle with a Saddle with A water Bucket that means you have to trade and needed iron and water is having a bad reputation? Good, because your suggestion takes 2 1/2 hours to read!

Probably a better way of saying it is "get to the point, summarize appropriately, make sure you only say what you need to." That amount of information would be fine if it were in less words.
This isn't so bad when blocks just change visuals, but there's still the problem of buildings looking ugly and undesirable because of that. The worst version of this suggestion is when player placed blocks just vanish after a while. It's sickening to see "my idea is that all blocks you place go away after a while and u gotta replace em! realism realism realism! herpidy herpidy hurr! *smiling emote spam*" No. Jesus, just no.
Food Going Bad
Another one of those ideas where the poster blindly goes "we neeeeeed realism!!" Yes, we would love our explorations being cut short because we have to run back to our houses more often than not just micromanage food trolling itself. Suggesting "oh wait wait but guys guys you can craft da friddge that slows down ur food goin bad! =D" No, the idea is still dumb because the mechanic of food going bad is still there. The fix: not having that at all.

Doesn't matter what the press says. Doesn't matter what the politicians or the mobs say. Doesn't matter if the whole country decides that something wrong is something right. This nation was founded on one principle above all else: the requirement that we stand up for what we believe, no matter the odds or the consequences. When the mob and the press and the whole world tell you to move, your job is to plant yourself like a tree beside the river of truth, and tell the whole world — "No, you move
