Ok so I have been playing minecraft and reading suggestions, so I have decided to post.
First, let's start with animals. In real life, animals naturally breed. But in minecraft, you have to give it wheat. What if when 2 animals get in a "herd" they breed and start a bigger herd. There would probably be a max. at a number of certain passive mob in one area. Or, as a controlled version, if you put 9 wheat in a crafting table (as in fill it up) you would get a hay bail. If you set a hay bail down, the mobs start eating, and them breed. The animals wouldn't breed again until whatever natural time that they are allowed. The hay bail would last (10) animal noms. That way if it is a large pin with multiple animals, it is evenly set.
Now foliage. Let's say you start a world. You build a house, and then leave for a better area. Say you come back, way later. What do you see? Vines, over grown leaves, and random wood blocks. This would be the affects of a regular forest biome vegetation overgrowth. It would be different In each biome. Taiga, it would be snow blocks, new trees, leaves. Jungle, same as forest. Desert, cactus. Mushroom biome, regular and huge mushrooms on house. Grasslands, none.
All of this could obviously be turned off when you start the world.
Please leave suggestions for this uh... Suggestion.
