We all know that when you die, your arms and camera completely freeze, and we continue to fall if we die in midair. I think that's alright, and is quite good already. But when you hit the ground, you appear to float.
This is because our player is 2 blocks tall. When we die, we should become a half block tall, so we will appear to be lying down. This would make for a more cinematic experience, and a dramatic view of the enemies legs.
So, how do you feel about this suggestion?
And this is how we now look when we fall to death. Notice how we appear to float.
I don't understand. I've never seen the player "float" after dying, and I don't understand what you mean by "we should become a half a block tall"
What I mean, is that when you die and are looking down, you appear higher than the block. Instead, the camera will make us shorter so our camera is lower placed, as if you're lying down. Like beds, except facing forward.
he means if you press f5 and you die, you lie down but are in midair since it's just your skin and not your collision set that tilts. it should make it so we're lying on the ground.

[quote=Badgerz]You have to keep in mind that people are stupid.
[quote=Catelite]Just because you don't understand how something works, doesn't make it broken or pointless. >_<
