I was thinking, it would be awesome if there could be a TIME PORTAL. Basically, the landscape stays the same through the portal, but the trees would change (remove old and plant new) and the biomes would be remade too(dirt to sand, mycelium to grass etc.)
New Mobs:
Pterodactyl (pretty sure I spelled that right):
Flying mob, neutral and will attack when attacked.
I imagine it would have high speed, low health and moderate attack.
Drops wings that would make gliders?
Velociraptors (new):
It spawns at night and is hostile.
The velociraptor is very deadly, because when it isn't walking around, it can sprint faster than the player.
The velociraptor will leap on you when close enough, like a spider, but it jumps 3 blocks high.
It can also climb walls but not ceilings. It will fall if it hits something while "climbing"
This creature has low health, so the best tactic is to charge at it and swing your sword rapidly.
Drops bones.
T Rex:
Hostile and attacks as soon as you get into it's limited line of sight.
Probably would be a bit slow, with high attack and high health.
These would be rare-ish, but NOT extremely hard to kill.
Drops 0-2 claws to make better arrows.
Triceratops:
Passive, runs away when you hits them, but butts you with its horns before running off.
Moderate speed, only takes a half heart with its butt and has about as much health as a cow.
Could drop leather. Why does this sound like a cow?
Stegosaurs:
Totally passive, runs off when hit, and it’s pretty fast. Dies quickly.
Drops spikes. They can be attached to pistons and blocks, and hurts you like cacti.
Also may drop 2-3 Dinosteak, which heals 1 full heart, and can be cooked, which heals three.
New Items and Craftables:
Claws: Dropped by T Rexes, used to make Jagged Arrows.
Jagged Arrows: Deal 1.5x damage, made like arrows only with Claws instead of flint. The recipe only yields 2 arrows.
Wings: Dropped by pterodactyls, used to make gliders.
Gliders: Slows your descent, making you not take fall damage, but it also makes you move towards the crosshair. Takes wear with each landing. Just select it and it will automatically be used with falls larger than 2 blocks.
Bows=Wings.
Sticks=Sticks, duh.
Origami Planes:
Made with two wings put diagonally in the crafting grid. Can be thrown to attack for half a heart. Can be picked back up if it misses. Throwing distance varies. Just a fun tit bit, not for practical use.
Spike Pistons:
Crafted with a piston and a spike. You can also use a sticky piston and a spike, but this can be done without slimeballs – leave them for other blocks.
How to Get There: Step 1:
Put a Diamond block and surround it on four sides with Lapis Blocks. Step 2:
Put another Diamond block four blocks higher (five blocks from the ground) and surround it on four sides with Gold. Step 3:
Put the DRAGON EGG on the bottom diamond piece. Step 3:
Place lava below the top diamond block and let it flow.
