I am aware that juice has been suggested before, but this juice is different and has a unique use.
Minecraft used to have an instant-healing food system. Now it has a realistic food system, which I like.
However, in the middle of a battle, the realistic food system is slow, and can lead to you dying, even with fifty pork-chops in your inventory.
Sweet Juice can help with this problem. Sweet Juice only takes half of the time to drink than normal food/potions. It heals two hearts instantly and fills up 1 unit in the hunger bar. However, it gives you hunger, and cannot be drank while in hunger.
In real life, sugar tends to make you hyper and energetic(no duh), but it also tends to make you hungrier and thirstier. If you have too much sugar, you can crash. That is why you cannot drink Sweet Juice while in hunger.
Sweet Juice is impractical for non emergency situations, since it will only make you hungrier. On the other hand, it can be extremely useful for intense battles. Of course, if you have a low hunger bar level, drinking Sweet Juice might not be the best choice...
The crafting of sweet juice can be used in a normal 2x2 crafting grid and in any order.
The necessary items are:
Apple
Watermelon Slice
Sugar
Glass Bottle
I feel like this is a fair crafting recipe, since apples cannot be directly farmed, and watermelons require abandoned mine shafts. It would also give sugar and glass bottles another use, since in real life both have many uses!
There is no need to farm these, since you can only use 1 or 2 per battle, and it is impractical to use these to heal from hunger damage.
I'm going to mash signature stuff together: I tested 100% positive for MC addiction, I'm a black knight, support crappy trees, my color is red, and microsoft destroys to a cactus.
