Ever wanted to make great adventure maps where you climb through air vents? Or maybe you just want to crawl through annoying little holes to get to or something. Well this suggestion will make your dreams come true. CRAWLING!
Basically you hold the shift key and the question mark key at the same time. (You'll be able to change how to sneak in the controls bit in the options) This will make you crawl. You can crawl through 1 block high spaces and 1 block wide spaces. This would be amazing for adventure maps. Also your name tag will be hidden so this will be a great technique for sneaking up on people on pvp allowed servers. Any noise you make will also be muted when crawling, so no one can hear your footsteps.
You can't climb up vines or ladders when sneaking, so keep that in mind. Also you can't sprint, obviously.
A player crawling will have their arms in front of them and moving a bit. The legs would be a bit spread out and would move slowly when moving. The head would be looking wherever the players looking, but it would be a bit hard to look around quickly.
If your crawling in a 1x1 tunnel you will not be allowed to turn around, only walk backwards. You must have a 2 block wide space for you to turn around when crawling.
Also mobs won't notice you when your crawling, so this will make fighting a bit easier. Mobs will notice you, however, when your within a 3 block radius of them. (This doesn't apply to the enderdragon or any other flying mobs.)
So thanks for reading and suggest some new things for this.
EDIT: Damage is multiplied to you when your crawling, so watch out.

Damage should be multiplied when you are crawling by the way.
Also, you can stay completely hidden when you stand still in a dark shaded area... so that's good for ambushes.

Thanks for the suggestion. Adding it right now.
