Weather levels:
Level 1:Sprinkle/Little snowfall
Level 2:Small shower/Light snowfall
Level 3: Normal shower/Regular snowfall
Level 4: Hard shower/Hardcore snowfall
Level 5: Hurricaine type rain/Blizzard
Each rain level can build up depending what kind of area your in.
If you near a ocean, it could get to level 5.
Each level has its own sound level. The higher the weather level, the louder it gets. The fog level will build up so its hard to see when the level is high.
In snow biomes it can get to a level 5 snowstorm anytime. It takes a long time though.
Theirs different clouds, You don't want just one kind of cloud at one level right?
Clouds can turn grey when its about to rain instead of those random rainstorms. Evaporation should be in this game. The way evaporation would work is when its sunny, clouds would spawn. Little almost transparent clouds to nice white and blocky clouds. When the sun is blocked by clouds, it gets a bit darker.
Cloud shadows can be seen on any block. For example:
If you have a block floating in mid air, it emits a shadow to the ground. Sort of like that.
