- Fire Charges: 2 damage (1 heart), sets target on fire, low firing speed
- RAW CHICKEN: .5 - 15* (.5 - 7.5 hearts), very VERY low firing speed and accuracy, 200% more awesome

- No, it's a friggen crossbow that fires raw chicken, LIVE WITH IT
Please support my idea and/or add feedback.
P.S. Constructive Criticism ONLY
P.P.S. I would love it if someone could make a custom banner.
This actually sounds like a pretty good idea. I would suggest making it less useful for combat- perhaps it could take a while to reload when shooting arrows or something to that extent.
wow, im so glad someone had the desency to be an idiot on the minecraft forum. You know, there really aren't enough of you people around here. [/sarcasm]
its not; I based it off of the fact that arrows do 1 - 9 damage from a bow. As you know crossbows are more powerfull (due to mechanical pullback), thus making firing arrows from the Thumper stronger.
Flint is stronger then arrows as they are large, shrapnel-like chunks. They will have less range and less accuracy but more damage.
Blaze rods will have arrow-like range (due to the shape) but low accuracy due to weight imbalance. They will act as a molten flechette causing very painful burns.
as for Fire charges; Contact with fire does 2 damage (stated on wiki) and burning does .5 per burn.
And the raw chicken does such high damage due to the fact that its a fricken chicken... It might be imbalanced but when i think of raw chicken i think of someone firing a frozen 10 pound chicken of DEATH from one of those T-shirt cannons.
I varied the speeds to balance the ammunition
