I think it's clear that skeletons are more intelligent than they seem. First of all they can shoot bows with precision and therefore craft bows and arrows. They have their own cavalry, spider jockeys, so they must have domesticated spiders. FInally, they occasionally drop enchanted bows so they must have a way of enchanting, albeit at quite a low level. So why not have skeleton cities? These can be mostly underground but with some parts protruding above ground. There could be a boss in each, perhaps a skeleton king, who lives in a tomb surrounded by skeleton spawners and could drop a very high level enchanted bow. I think this would add a cool little side quest to the game and perhaps a bone compass could be crafted to find a city. Please leave a comment about this idea if you think it's cool, I know that Mojang will not read this, but hey, I thought It was a pretty cool idea, what do you think?
This would be perfect as a mod, but I doubt it'd make the cut. However, I do like the idea of adding a new boss that always or 50% drops his highly enchanted bow. Then again, maybe it should be 10-25%. Of course, if the boss is fairly hard (like more than the Enderdragon), then 25-50% wouldn't necessarily be too overpowered. Speaking of bosses, whenever I get the chance, I'm going to legitmately take on Naga and Lich (the new boss) from Twilight Forest. I wonder if they're harder than the Enderdragon. Anyhow, it sounds a lot better than Zombie cities, even though they seem a lot BRAINer now. (bad pun)
PS: I wonder if they'd have spider farms and have some kind of means of breeding their spider cavalary. Oh, and what if the mod made a spider jockey entitie, but only for skeleton cities and the boss room, not for nature spawning.

"I don't plan to add a new dimension at the moment. It's just to performance heavy on servers, and the current dimensions need more attention before we start adding new ones." < Yeah, like biomes or actual varied terrain in the nether. Nether ruins didn't do the trick at all.

I think the enderdragon should be the hardest boss, since if you kill it you finish the game. The bow dropped would be highly enchanted, though not worth the xp you get from the dragon, also a boss should always have a set drop, random drops are only good for mobs which spawn everywhere.

However, I don't see this being added, it doesn't really fit mojangs style.

Yeah, if I knew anything about coding I'd probably make a mod.
