These are just some ideas I have had for a while and I'm curious what other people think.
Alpha Biome- Biome with pre-halloween update generation with the classic grass
More Powerful Enderdragon- I always thought the enderdragon was too easy. All it really does is fly around, occasionally diving. I figured it should be able to breathe fire (like a dragon) or maybe land and start biting you.
Glacier- It would be found in tundra and taiga biomes. It would be a hill made of ice with an ice cave inside it.
Sea Serpent- A very rare boss mob that would only appear in ocean biomes.
More Village Types- Testificates get old after a while. I figure more villagers would be more interesting.
A mob you have to hunt- It would drop a useful item(s) but are even more shy than ocelots, so you have to sneak up on them.
Raiders- they come at random (albeit rarely) and attack anything in sight and try to steal your items.
Mob Potions- If you drink them, you'd turn into a certain mob, and gain special attributes.
That's all I have. Feel free to leave feedback and any other suggestions in the comments.

(And with the villagers i mean different villagers with different villlages. I.e. a "whatever" village have different buildings and villagers than a "qwerty" village

Also,some of these are pretty good. I really like the Alpha-biome.
