I think that Mojang should add to ability to fill up buckets with water while it is raining.
In my idea, one would hold down the right click to hold a bucket up to the sky, and in 5-10 seconds it would fill up, turning it into a water bucket.
Most water biomes are useful for getting water than just that suggestion. I went out and got water from a swamp. And Lolbot, you can get water in desert by going to Desert Wells.
As said by ArrogantLobster water is everywhere. Why will you want to fill a bucket with rainwater?
Maybe you could fill empty bottles with rainwater, and they would have some different potion effects than regular water, but I don't think water is all that hard to find.
