Ok, I couldn't figure out a good title for this, but here we go:
Above a certain height level, make it to where it only snows.
Most of the terrain never gets that tall, even in the extreme hills, but with the new height addition, it would be cool (hehe) to see it only snow above a certain elevation.
You might need a special mountain biome for this.
Where I live, the trees don't grow above 11,000 feet above see level, and after 13,000 feet, alpine tundra doesn't grow much and the around 14,000 feet, it is mostly just rock.
So here is my full change suggestion for elevation.
-Above 120 block height, trees do not grow without bonemeal.
-Above 140 block height, it would only snow.
-Above 160 block height, grass does not grow and ice blocks are scattered about the landscape.
-Above 180 block height, dirt is scarce
Once again, You would probably need to have a special biome or technical biome to ever see this.
many people have suggested volcanoes, If someone could figure out how to implement them well, this could be where you find them (rarely).
