the iron golems should be Immune to poison, water, and fire. because golems don't need to breath (Snow golems start to fall apart because there made out of snow) fire because iron doesn't burn, lava still works though (snow golems melt)
poison because you can't infect something that's just a hunk of iron (snow golems can still get their non iron pumpkin poisoned) and I think they should have a bend halfway down their arms, aesthetic purposes.
Iron, and snow golems as well, should require enchanted pumpkins in order to craft/create them. It makes sense for something enchanted to "bring it to life".
Also the level of enchantment would affect the golems initial hit points as well as the amount of immunity that doge266 is mentioning.
