First use is Trading the NPC villagers they will say what they are like Farmer Woodcutter And Miner if you give the woodcutter 1 gold he will give you a stack of logs the farmer will give you a stack of wheat and the miner will give you 32 coal and 32 cobblestone Then a golen flint and steel its liek flint and steel but you need a gold ingot and flint and it lasts 50 uses Next with 9 gold blocks put them all in the table and you get 3 diamonds!!! Then a golden furnace 8 ingots in a furnace shape and if u put and fuel in it will go 3 times faster! and thats all :sad.gif: but its more uses for useless gold!!!!!!!
And gold isn't useless you use it for.... whatever gilded melon is used for, booster rails, gold apples to stare at lovingly, and to make your pimp suit.
It's not useless. It's for Glistering Melons, which in turn make instant health potions. It's for powered rails, the only way to travel on a minecart track since the powered minecart nerf. It's for clocks, to tell the time underground. It's for making golden apples, that act as 4 second regeneration potions. It's even for highly enchant-able armor. (fire protection IV on a golden chestplate = immune to lava with unbreakable armor)
