1. During the day, villagers will rebuild broken doors caused by zombies.
2. During the day, villagers will harvest wheat and plant them back.
3. During the day, villagers will start building another house. And they can only build one house IF (1.) The maximum population has been reached in the village and (2.) They can only do this again after 6 days and (3.) The building spot is in an appropriate space and is far enough from any other block in the same/higher altitude, at least 2 blocks away. And the house size and material will depend on how many villagers are building (kids will not build). Also, after building a house, the villagers will make a gravel path connecting the house to the others (making gravel, flint, and with silk touch, glass panes renewable items). The villagers will use AI to know how to make gravel paths using the least amount of gravel while also making the house accessible. Of course, the villagers will make hammering noises while building the house.
4. During the day, villagers roam around the village by following paths
5. Villagers only mate inside a house
6. Villagers only mate if no zombie is attacking
7. Villagers, if they see another village near theirs, will attempt to connect to the other village by making a path. (this is possible because villages expand slowly) And they will start socializing with the other villagers.
8. Number of villagers owning a house depends on the house's size. (They will also consider player-made houses part of the village, if the houses are connected by gravel paths to the village AND the width of the path is the width the villagers use in their village)
9. Villagers will destroy any part of their house to escape from zombies attacking their doors, but they will rebuild during day.
10. To lessen the number of houses, villagers will sometimes upgrade their houses to bigger sizes to allow more villagers to live in it.
Notes:
-Village sizes will be limited to 1/10 of a biome (including all the other villages in the same biome ) to make sure the biome will not be damaged alot
-Gravel paths can sometimes have street lights (the tall light with 4 torches and 1 black wool with a wood fence for a post)
-Villagers will only start building more houses if all houses are occupied by enough numbers (whether the house can have 1, 2, or 3 villagers inside) AND during the building time, the house size depends on how many villagers are building. The kids are not counted in the number of builders but count in the population so if there are many kids, the house size can still be small because chances are, the number of adults can only make a small house
Do not say such things like "Would overwork AI programmers because these are a lot"
Yes, I know it would be a lot of work but not all of these are supposed to be done right away. Other ideas could not be approved or some will be released in the far future.
Agree with all but 3, 8 and 10.
3 because the village will get too big after a certain time.
8 because Jeb said you can already build working houses for them.
10 because: How would they do that?
Great ideas! I hadn't thought of all of this! I think that if you were to say, destroy a block in a Village, the Villager nearest to you would become hostile. Also, if you were to attack/kill a villager, the nearest Villager would become hostile. Same could go for a Young Villager, but the time the nearest Villager became hostile would be longer. I really like your ideas of Villages expanding and joining together! Also, the idea of only breeding inside the house is great, because its a little akward with villagers just breeding in public. O_o Yes, some very good ideas.
