The Tempature bar You can over heat or get hypothermya,
Freezing and/or hypothermya.
So lets say your in a winter biome where theres lots of ice if you fall into the water you will start to get cold very fast sence its freezing water when your bar hits 0 you will become gradually slow and start to take damage how much damage a half heart of damage. if you cant get out in time you will sink at the last half heart you have then die. another way of freezing is if you break snow with your hands but you wont freeze as fast after breaking 10-20 you will take a half heart of dmage as said previously this will incorage the player to use a shovel which you wont freeze. If you dont have any armor of some kind you will start to freeze but fairly slowly if your near a torch or a open fire you can freeze you can only freeze if your outside if your inside with no torchs you will freeze with torchs you wont freeze. The torchs prevent you from freezing becuase its a small fire source but if you try a furnace it will be much better than a torch but if you have nether wreck and set it on fire that would be full protect for 10 blocks away
Overheating
If You are in a desert for long enough you will start to over heat once your heat Bar hits 100 you start to over heat you start to slow down gradually like how i said if you freeze. but to prevent over heating if you see water jump in it then your bar will drop down to normal, the normal tempature you want is 50 or 60 70 is when you would want to start find a solution to your problem freezing or over heating if you over heat you will take a half heart of damage per second like freezing. You can over heat in lava and being close to lava can also be even more deadly. you can over heat in a jungle because its exetremely moist
So ether freezing or over heating have the same negative effect. not all biomes have tempure threats like the normal forests dont.
The bar will be on screen but it will be on top of your hunger bar. the above 0 to 50 is blue above the other 50 to 100 it is red the best position for the bar to be is at 50.
Ive cleaned this out to make it clearer.

I would have read the rest of your idea but I find your spelling and grammar to be very frustrating. It's much better to slow down and makes sure it's easy for everyone to understand otherwise the viewers' opinions of the idea itself may be called into question. E.g. Me.
Just a little advice. Please don't take it the wrong way.
