Currently, we can get ALL music discs in Minecraft Survival except for eleven from Creepers being murdered by Skeletons... But now disc eleven...
Now, we all know that the sun messes up records, right?
With heat?
Yeah, that has to do with this.
if you were to have to smelt it i say it should take buckets of lava, and lots of them. Something like 20 buckets to get disc 11. It would be a challenge but also an interesting journey actually trying to look for lava.
At first it was normal smelting until this was posted by Kalih27.
The disc would have different forms after being smelted, until you get disc 11.
Also, each of these forms would just play static noises when plopped into a Jukebox.
First form would be "Damaged Disc". This is obtained by smelting any music disc.
Second form would be "Cracked Disc". This is obtained by smelting a Damaged Disc.
Third form would be "Ruined Disc". This would be obtained by smelting a Cracked Disc.
The Ruined Disc can finally be transformed into your precious Disc 11.
Go into the Nether, hold out your Ruined Disc, right click on the lava in the Nether. (Any lava in the Nether) Viola, you have yourself Disc 11.

Technically Speaking
I agree, now that I read this it's TOO easy to get...
...Maybe something having to do with the insane heat of the Nether?
Still to easy in my opinion, not to mention if you heat a disc it wouldn't shatter and crack like how disk 11 is. It would just melt and shrivel up.
To me the disc looks more shriveled then it does broken.
