Ok, my idea is rather simple. Say your in a snow biome and you haven't been in shelter for a couple Mincraft days, what if the game counted this amount of time and started adding certain affects. In the snow biome you would develop hypothermia and frostbite. The game would add symptoms of these illnesses after so many days. The desert biome would render false pictures of forests and lakes/rivers. Your hunger bar would go down slightly faster (applies to all biomes). In the jungle you would get poisoned from the bugs that live in the biome, you could even slow down in speed because of the wild plants like poison ivy that give you massive rashes. In the forest biome, when you spend too long in the dark the game would render false pictures of creepers, like a fear element (would be very subtle). In the mountain biome your speed would gradually get slower from your muscles getting cramped from climbing. This might be a stretch, but you could have something like the AUX POWER bar in Half Life 2. It would be used for tiredness, if you stop for a couple seconds it recharges. If you are indoors it recharges really fast. It would make the game realistic. Any comments/support is appreciated. Maybe a mod I can make :smile.gif:

Potentially good, but needs a bit more detail to be truly interesting.

No, there has never, ever been a sandbox game with a story or ending... except Grand Theft Auto... and Saints Row... and Red Dead Redemption... and Crack Down... and Assassins Creed...
