In the latest snapshot, Zombies break down doors! ... With their mind apparently. They just stand at the door and stare at it until it breaks. That got me thinking: Why not have a proper attack animation for Zombies and other mobs? It could be as simple as bringing their arm up, anything to give us a warning about when to dodge or block instead of just walking at us. But if that was added, other animations would look silly in comparison. So we'd need to update those as well! Here's a short list of some ideas I had:
Proper punching animations for zombies, endermen, and pigzombies.
Lunging/biting animations for Ocelots and Wolves.
Climbing animations for spiders so they don't smoosh their heads against a wall and ascend.
Yes, zombies are obviously the reanimated corpses of Sith lords.
Or perhaps they're like, Inception/Jump style zombies, who travel back in time, then forward in time into a new reality, and open the door for their other reality comrades.
You should add proper sword swinging, or 1 handed weapon swinging. A good example is just using a part of the old waking animation when holding a sword

They would use the same animation as punching but with their sword hand. I thought the animation would look similar enough. *shrugs*
