Right now there is only one two bugs in minecraft: spiders and silverfish.
I would like to see a beehive. Each tree would have a 1/250 chance to have a beehive.
Destroying the beehive block would make the bees angry, and it would drop 1-4 honey.
Honey would be used to brewing one of the unused potions such as nausea or jump boost.

Spiders are Arachnids, not bugs/insects.

Oh, ok, I thought you were going to suggest officially implemented coding errors, even though in doing so they would become features instead of bugs.
This is much less stupid than that, but the idea itself is overly vague, and the one point you do concretely present has been suggested many times before in much better detail.

I'm not good at english, I thought bugs were all arthropods, and not only insects...
I didn't remember them...
And they also only spawn in strongholds... I wish they spawned in different places too...
Edit: added to OP
I think you're right. All arthropods except crustaceans. "Bugs" is an informal term anyway.
Anyway, I agree. I also think you should be able to collect bugs in jars and put them on display, but that's another suggestion entirely.
