Reasons why Yetis and Sasquatches should be in the game:
Adding two new Destructive Mobs!
Abilities:
They can sprint.
They run as fast as the player.
They can climb ladders and vines.
They should be able to jump 1.5 blocks high.
Behavior:
They will kill any creeper on sight.
They can be tame-able with Apples or Wheat (Only if most of their tribe is killed).
They will punch trees to communicate with others of their kind!
They are Neutral. If attacked, they act like zombie pigmen, every single one will gang up on you!
They will only trade if you kill a enemy tribe. They will flee if you did not..
They are very smart!
They have the same path finding ai as a creeper.
They can use tools and armor if given by a player.
They will actually trade with you! Say if you gave them glowstone blocks, they would give you Diamond.
They will live in tribes, and work together to survive!
Yetis should live in igloos or caves in the snow biome.
Sasquatches should live in swamps, for forest biomes. Normally in caves or a dirt den.
They should be RARE. a yeti/sasquatch tribe should only have a 3% chance to spawn each chunk, and a 1% chance to spawn without being in a tribe. their will be 4 - 6 yetis/sasquatches per tribe. Lone sasquatches/yetis are un-tameable and agressive
This is a disgrace to the real bigfoots out there! They don't approach people! They flee! And trading with them? WTF? That's what villagers are for! They should be extremely rare and be untameable but passive.

And how would you know? minecraft is in ancient times. If you wanted, i could just make them agressive and hit as hard as an enderdragon.
Seems like something that should be rare and untamable, and not have any behavior except fleeing from humans/steve. Then once this happens they become something that would be too similar to enderman.

I should fix that, They will only be tame-able if most of their tribe is killed
Fixed:
They will only trade with you if you kill an enemy tribe, and they will flee if you haven't aswell.
Yeah, Sasquatches are the legendary mythical animal, not this big thing you see as often as a creeper that likes trading and using tools.
I like the mob idea but the way you said they interact just sounds wrong. And taming with an apple or wheat? LOL NO WAY
They should be extremely rare, like more rare than a spider jockey. And they shouldn't be tamable. If they are tamable, it should require dozens of gold apples or something. and for the whole neutral thing: I think they should not attack you at first, but they'll run away very fast and possibly make loud noises when they first see you. If you can track it down/find it again, it should get angrier and angrier, and after it sees you about 5 times it'll be aggressive and try to KEEL YOU. but maybe if you can touch it before it sees you 5 times, it'll do something different. Like maybe if you attack it before it's fifth seeing, it'll make a loud call which will bring more Yetis/Sasquatches near you. Or if you right click it with food, maybe it'll notice you but it won't attack.
I don't ****ing know. I think i ranted too much there

They run away until you attack them, then they attack. They will only trade if you have killed an enemy tribe. And if you kill most of a tribe, there is a chance you can tame one. The wheat should be 60 - 70 and apples should be 50 - 60.
Oh, and it's Tribes 3% to spawn per chunck and lone Yetis/Sasquatches 1% to spawn

That sounds better.
How do you find tribes though? And what do they look like? just big groups of Yetis/Sasquatches? Or do they live in a little den like the villagers live in houses?

Yetis live in igloos (Made of snow) or caves normally by trees.
Sasquatches Live in caves or in a dirt den.
They would look like a Fatter, with a block on part of the stomache that really thin, and somewhat taller human model. The Body model should be thicker and a little long.
Sasquath = Brown fur, and a dark brown skin
Yeti = White fur, and maybe a tannish skin.
Here are some ideas for Big-Foot. For Big-Foot he could be 3 blocks tall and Spawn at night and more rarely during day. They should be rare but not to rare. I believe it should be able to spawn in all biomes. They could be aggressive if attacked. If not attacked when you get 10 blocks away they begin to run away. There should be a new blocks of gravel, dirt, grass, snow, and sand with Big-Foot/Yeti prints in them. They should have 11 hearts and when they hit you it takes off 4 hearts with no armor. I think they should have interest in new houses and the player, as in get fairly close but not to close. They are rarely caught in open land area. When killed they give you level 2 xp and drop a few sticks and maybe any of the following. Raw Beef-Pork-Chicken-Fish, and complete a new challenge called beast killer. Also maybe get an item that, when used, lets you get closer to other Big-Foots/Yetis. They make knocking noises, like as if it was hitting a stick on a tree, random howls, like communication but not to often, and when angry growling. All of this goes for the Yeti creature beside maybe when killed they can drop snowballs.

To trolls, it's just a suggestion!
I think you Mean:
They can climb ladders and vines.

I think there are way to many things that these do. Creepers just blow up and run away from cats. Simple.
