I've been working on a modern style city lately and while driving around town wondered why there is no concrete. so i got to thinking couldn't you just craft some? i don't think it would be hard just some sand and some gravel please tell me what you think about that because seriously it would be helpful. :smile.gif:
If Facebook, Myspace, and Twitter were all destroyed, 90% of teens would go insane. If you're one of the 10% that would be laughing at them, copy this into your signature and hope it happens.
And smooth stone or stone slabs (the white ones) work just fine for Concrete. There'd be no real point to add Concrete, anyways. It wouldn't really fit with Minecraft, either.
smooth stone is good yes but if you already have two skyscrapers of it you realize it could be better and any way there's nothing with quite the right color
I think concrete is a great idea. It could be made from coal, gravel and sand and would come in a bucket. The liquid would not flow, only harden into a block which can be used just like stone but has a different texture. Then we could have rendering.

my point exactly why cant it be part of minecraft itself because if you need a mod it would be allot harder to upload it to a server.
so what lets not get to complicated shall we
