When I play Call of duty 2 it doesn't lags(Highly graphics)
When I play minecraft it lags, even though it graphics is simply blocky and pixel graphics.
My opinion is that minecraft should use other than Java.
Note:All the solutions you say won't work. The problem is that minecraft is using Java.(solution:vote for minecraft to
use something different than Java.)
Just because your PC is bad, doesn't that mean Notch should pretty much change the entire game and do a bunch of complicated stuff. Also, what do you suggest he should use?

Cigarettes are like squirrels. They're perfectly harmless until you put one in your mouth and light it on fire.
Sorry,I'm not against Java.I just really want to play minecraft so badly, but it lagging!!! :angry.gif: .So I started a experiment on performance and graphics.
If only I have enough money to buy a better PC to play minecraft...
For a 3 years,I been searching for solutions, but none of them work.Game booster work, but I can only play minecraft non-lagging in the lowest graphics, which making me lose interest in the Game.
It's not always the graphics that make a game lag. Minecraft is a very RAM intensive game and can lag on slow computers. Like MooningRobot said, just because you have a slow computer doesn't mean Mojang should change the entire game.
Then can you tell me anything where can I get a software that boost ram, because I'm 25.5% almost to 1G of ram! :biggrin.gif:
I got two requirements done:Got Java and video card is good.
Textures are not graphics. Minecraft actually has a very complex system in which every surface of every block must be rendered. Many lower end graphics cards and processors cannot handle that, not to mention RAM. Around 6-8 GB would be nominal.
Okay, end of discussion.I have enough with this topic.I have made my decision.I WILL PLAY MINECRAFT NO MATTER HOW IT LAGS.It made be foolish but as long that I can play it,then I'm happy

not much with proper modding support :wink.gif:

cross platform support.
