I've always been trying to build large impressive buildings. But, I have to carefully place block by block...UGH. Why not have an easier way?
Place two of the same block at the two corners. Then, shoot both blocks with a bow and arrow. That block will appear inside the imaginary boundaries, easy wall, block, whatever!!

Nope. Building it block by block is way more fun and enjoyable in my opinion. It's not nearly as fun when it only take five minutes to make. But if you really want to do this, use WorldEdit.

Studies have shown that 843,902,635 people are too lazy to read this number.
That seems like it's way too hard to do, coding wise. And that takes all the fun out of building stuff... I don't even use creative mode when I want to build something cool, just for the mere pleasure of saying "Yeah... I build that LEGIT" or something along those lines. The payoff is way more rewarding to me. But, that's just my opinion.
It does make sense, and there's already an addon that does that (or near to that!)
WorldEdit, which is available both as a Bukkit plugin for multiplayer and as part of the SinglePlayerCommands mod, allows you to do pretty much what you said, and much much more!
i think notch should just add worldedit into singleplayer which can only be used in creative mode, and add a full list of commands for players so they know how to use it.

It's not up to Notch anymore, remember? Jeb is in charge now.

I support small, one lined answers unless long ass answers are necessary.
It's like watching somebody key your vehicle and doing nothing about it, then blaming it on the vehicle.

I made it so it's OPTIONAL, not that no matter when you do that it would be auto-build!

Hello.
Just get WorldEdit then, it's still around and probably way easier to use...

Curse PremiumI know how to get a mod, but the thing is, not everyone wants to, and some people don't know how.
