i think that instead of the torch enchantment "multi-use", i think instead you should enchant a redstone torch with "brightness" to make it as light as a regular torch.
The "brighness" enchant to a regular torch is a bad idea, as for it is light level 14, while glowstone is 15, and the sun is also 15 but any blocks exposed directly from the sky gets lit up. so i think that instead the torch should give off light at a farther range, as for making it brighter would be impossible exapt for 1 light level.

Ooh, TNT should maybe have an enchantment to remove all block/player damage, making it only useable as a propellant. Would be terribly handy for cannons. Little expensive though...
I could go on, really, don't bother with thinking up bow enchantments, there are plenty of threads specifically for them already. Stick to TNT and similar things, they're far more unique and interesting!

1. Increase speed of cooking/smelting. Perhaps separate for food and ores? Then again, at the moment they all have the exact same time, so it might require some new complex coding to do them separately. Obviously, this would use up fuel faster though...
2. Increase the number of things smelted by a single piece of fuel. Perhaps 4 levels, with each level adding +25% efficiency? (so all 4 would make each piece of fuel cook twice as many things)
Perhaps the furnace enchanted for increased smelting speed, when put into a minecart, could make it faster and more powerful, whilst the fuel efficiency did the same? Just an idea...

Lv4- 40% to mobs, 50% to blocks

- Careful Strike:
Lv1- Fire lit by your flint and steel doesn't affect you
