so, /solid lets admin's place the unbreakable stone, right? perhaps it can also be used to turn of the ability to break it, or at least another command like that, so you can have it off if your worried about breaking something that prevents a TOTAL LEVEL FLOOD or the like, as well as not breaking certain stone in let's say a... spleefing arena, this would also take out the need to relogin in order to break it in the first place, becuase it would be defaulted off (like it is for normal players anyway)

In some instances, including Spleef, there's a REASON you want the block to be undeletable.
I literally said 'Easier said than done' out loud when I read that and was really weirded out when I saw your post.

Real Minecrafters craft goddamn mines.
01-11-10: The date was a palindrome, and firefly (now banned) decided to make us all INCREDIBLY ANGRY by doing unspeakable acts. I propose from now on we blame any sort of mistake or unluck on firefly.
I thought the server ignored it if the client doing it didn't have op (a friend of mine used hacks that allowed him to remove solid, but only clientside), but apparently it can be modified so much that it can't. Or I was misinformed and the server really doesn't check. You know?
So yes, you CAN modify the client to delete solid blocks, but what's the fun in that

The /solid command has nothing to do with breaking, only placing; and it should stay that way.

Doesn't that mean you could modify the client to delete adminium? Have to have a look into that (just out of curiosity).

And that's why my server will not only send the info to the client but also check if said client is on the op list when breaking adminium.
