I was building my Keep inside my castle walls, when I discovered the wool carpeting was a tad too big for my floor. Then it popped into me head; what if you could make individual wool blocks?
Imagine you want a simple checker flooring, with red and white wool blocks. (R= Red Wool, W= White Wool)
[R][W]
[W][R]
Take that, and place that into your inventory or on your crafting table. You would get 4 blocks with that pattern. Advantage? Instead of a 2x2 Red and White Checker patterns, you would have 1x1 Red and White Checker patterns. And why stop there? What about a 3x3 design? (3v3 would give 9 blocks in return) And only solid wool? Why not combine already combined wool blocks? So the Red and White Checker pattern becomes smaller and finer.
And not only for carpeting, what about pixel art? Not only could you do 8-bit artwork, but also 16-,32-, even 64-bit artwork. Can you imagine?

This is a suggestion not a mod showcase! It is an offense and against the rule to be saying there is a mod for that.
But, to stay on topic, this might be alot of work.
Possibly, but, in thought, it's not overly complex, like the enchantments. I can't make heads or tails of it XD
You got me :smile.gif: Good Idea!
