There should be more than one boss. Bosses are pretty cool but I don't like defeating one and then you win. The boss concept just got added so I hope they add more. Maybe one in abandoned mines and the Nether.
in abandoned mines theres a large room made of stone. on the walls are thick cobwebs and at the back is a large black mass. at closer distance the mass reveals itself to be a great tarantula the size of a ghast!
Just an idea to get people thinking.

No, there has never, ever been a sandbox game with a story or ending... except Grand Theft Auto... and Saints Row... and Red Dead Redemption... and Crack Down... and Assassins Creed...
I mean like health bars like the dragon. Blazes and endermen are mobs not bosses. I mean huge bosses like the dragon, that are actually hard to kill.
Since when are enderman (pre. 1.9) easy to kill? They have the most hp out of surface world mobs, teliport from you'r arrows, and do around 4 1/2- 5 hearts of damage per hit if you don't have armor? That's pretty difficult to me. (They can also teliport to you from long distances.)
We need a Netherdragon that can be defeated for a second ending, only after the Enderdragon has been defeated once. It shoots fireballs and becomes "supercharged" when blazes fly into it. When in the supercharged state, the dragon flies faster than normal. It can only be damaged by arrows fired at max charge (as supposed to the enderdragon, which can only be killed by melee weapons).

The statement above is false.
