I know that full gravity in mincraft would be a haggle, but how about a toggleable option where all blocks follow gravity, only when they are not connected to the ground, once again this option should be an optional thing

While I've thought this same thing to myself I always come to the same conclusion. How would the game differentiate between a wood block floating on nothing in the middle of no where or being the roof of your house?
A block not connected to the ground would fall so here's an example -->
The ground would act as a power line and shoot up the logs so the block wont fall. The ground would have to be a certain part to activate it..
perhaps I did not make it clear enough, the blocks have to be connected to the ground but it is ok to make something connected to something on the ground

Also, 'option should be an optional thing' is better than 'option MUST NOT BE OPTIONAL'
Also, gravity for all blocks has been part of the plans for Minecraft for a loooong time.
