Ever had useless crafting tables left over when your pickaxe broke while you were mining? Well, now those useless tables can be crafted into a crafting chest!
A crafting chest is a chest, the size of a large chest. Only, whats different from a large chest and a crafting chest? A crafting chest has the chest size of a small chest, but it has a... You guessed it... CRAFTING TABLE inside it. Its for those derp moments when you forgot something and have to re-start that long crafting.
It can be crafted like:
or maybe:
If your confused, it would look like this in a house:
The crafting table and the chest is put together. If its not enough space, then you can't place it. Its just a double chest with the invetory size of a small chest, and add a 3x3 crafting table to it.
I thought of an optional idea, where a 2x2 table is included with the 3x3 table. But I thought it maybe a bit silly...
I don't see how this is any different from placing a chest and a crafting table next to each other...
Its different because the crafting gui is inside the quest. Its just so, if you forgot an ingredient, you don't have to be interrupted to go pick the item you need.
Its different because the crafting qui is inside the quest. Its just so, if you forgot an ingredient, you don't have to be interrupted to go pick the item you need.
But...other then saving all of 5 seconds it's pretty much a useless block...

If you keep all your chests in a huge storage room, like me, its a hassle.
Place signs over your chests stating what's in them (I.E, one labeled "dirt" one labeled "ore" ect.)
Seriously, it doesn't save that much time.

I do that currently, only my warehouse is quite a walk from my house.
Build a storage cart system...
On second thought, don't; that's what I'm going to do now.
