Hey people! :laugh.gif: All of you know that there is only 1 type of the dungeon in Minecraft (strongholds and mines does not count). I feel that it is kinda boring to have just 1 kind and I also think that there should be different dungeons for different biomes. Here are some of my suggestions.
Forest Dungeon
Found in forest, underground but very near the surface. Has walls made of mossy cobblestone. Is quite common.
Contains 1 zombie spawner.
Contains seeds, bread, mushrooms, apple, leather armor and wooden tools, sometimes stone tools.
Dessert Dungeon
Found in dessert, made up of sandstone pyramids on the surface. Rather uncommon.
Contains 2 zombie spawner, sometimes only 1.
Contains bucket, gunpowder, apple, saddle, leather armor and stone tools, sometimes iron tools.
Snow Dungeon
Found in snowy biomes, has walls made of ice. Found underground, not too far from the surface. Quite rare.
Contains 1 skeleton spawner, sometimes 2.
Contains TNT :tnt:, saddle, bucket, ice blocks, apples, iron armor and iron tools.
Sea Dungeon
Found deep underwater, has walls made of glass. Quite rare and very hard too see it.
Contains 1 skeleton spawner, sometimes 2.
Contains TNT, gunpower, saddle, jukebox, ender pearls, apples, gold tools and gold armor.
Bedrock Dungeon
Found near bedrock, has walla made of bedrock . Has an entrance on one side. Very rare.
Contains 4 zombie spawner, 3 skeleton spawner or 2 blue spider spawner.
Contains obsidian, TNT, saddle, golden apples, diamond tools and diamond armor.
That seems rather pointless. I mean, dungeons are dungeons.
I don't think it would be good to simply have dungeons made of different materials, I think it would be better for Minecraft to have special stronghold-like structures that are unique to the biome; such as giant trees or pyramids.

I'm pretty much against 'loot' in general ESPECIALLY in cliche locations. I find it absolutely sickening that gaming has devolved to the point that every action is rewarded with treasure. I'd be fine with it if it were so rare that your chance of finding any was one in a million but I'm sure I'm in the minority.
Why do we need all these useless varieties? The only dungeon-like thing I would want added is that old battle tower mod. That was epic wrapped in bacon strips.
Uhm strongholds are extremely rare and mineshafts are also dungeons.... They are both dungeons together with the regular old dungeons... Just because something isn't called a dungeon doesn't mean it isn't! For example: A stronghold is a dungeon even without dungeon in it's name because it's rare!
Honestly, we've already got strongholds, mineshafts, dungeons, nether ruins, etc. Why need this? Sure I like the idea of uber rare SURFACE RUINS (Like pyramids) but this isn't what I had in mind. Sorry, but you got a 'no'

I like these two and the desert one
We have strongholds.
We have Mineshafts.
We have plain old dungeons.
Why do we need all these useless varieties? The only dungeon-like thing I would want added is that old battle tower mod. That was epic wrapped in bacon strips.
They are on my YouTube channel. http://youtube.com/literarylogan/
