I'm thinking that each realm should have a boss like The End. After killing the boss you get the Achievement
"Mastered Overworld" or "Mastered Nether".
Rewards for killing Bosses should be bulk amounts of blocks relative to their realm (Nether Boss drops Nether Bricks and Glowstone).
In statistics you could also keep track of how many Bosses you have killed. The normal and Nether Realm bosses shouldn't be as tough as The End Dragon but still Hard to beat.
Any Thoughts?

Don't really like the idea.
I feel minecraft is more of a building game;with the survival aspect to attract more people.

So you wake up on a beach one day, and remember NOTHING. (Except your degree teachings in Engineering, Wilderness Survival, Metal work, Physics, Tech, Psychology, History, Dynamics, and Blocks.) You mine and build and survive for years and years.
great idea!
it'd be hard to implement a boss into the normal world - maybe summoning it?
it could be cloud spirit, wich lives among the clouds and shoots lightning :biggrin.gif: it would drop redstone or something.
in the nether, a demon-like monster would be cool. in the middle of the lava could be an island where he sleeps. if you hit him once he wakes up!
You know that boss rooms in a abandoned mineshaft? The boss could be a giant spider. It spawns cave spiders and spiders. It shoots this poison ball at you. It does 2 hearts of damage and pisons you. When you deafet it, it drops 10 legendary string. The string is harder than diamond and you can make tools out of it.

Why does everyone think I don't have an avatar? Is there anyone who can see the one black pixel.
Also, I think that there should be a king slime boss fight, something like what is shown in this video:
