Hey Guys! I was searching through the suggestions and came upon a post and I 100% agree with it. The Nether is pretty boring, even in the 1.9.6 update. Also, The End has almost nothing to do. So, I decided to come up with a new realm. This Realm is Terra Spiritus. Which, is Latin for Spirit Land.
Terra Spiritus is a new, unique realm. It's filled with new mobs, each unique in their own way. Lets began with the way to enter this new realm!
To Enter this realm you need you need Enderpearls and Glowstone. Surround the Enderpearl with glowstone in the 3x3 crafting grid. This creates Glowing Ender Pearl. Now time for some purification :biggrin.gif: You now need a Cauldron of water. Right click the cauldron and it begins to have bubbles coming out, resembling boiling. After 5 Minecraft Days, you can right click the cauldron again. You know when it's ready because there is no more water. You will get a Purified Ender Pearl. Now you infuse it with spirit energies. You now must kill 5 Zombies and 5 Skeletons with this. It does Wood Sword Damage. After that, the Purified Ender Pearl, which looks like a Ender Pearl with a golden skin texture. It is now like a Golden Apple from 1.9. In your inventory it glows purple. Now, you're ready. Right clicking with your new "Soul Shard" it transports you to "Terra Spiritus" In this land, you fog is automatically set Normal.
Terrain: The basic "dirt" is called Soul Dust, which is a block textured light blue and has bedrock particles that are light blue. It is weaker then Sand, and ignores physics.
The Stone of "Terra Spiritus" is called Chained Souls which resembles faces that are locked in chains. This block glows 2 blocks and is stronger then stone. Also, there is only "day time."
Ores: Soul Shards- Soul Shards are a rock that is light blue with streaks of purple. Souls Shards can be used to craft weapons and ENHANCE armor. Spawns in groups of 6 - 12. I will get to crafting in a bit. Found as often as Iron.
Soul Remains- Soul Remains are a rock this also light blue, with steaks of grey and purple. Soul Remains are used for Enchants and Potion. Found in groups of 4 -8. Found as often as Iron.
Imprisoned Souls- a Block that has a face and chains around it. This Block is light blue but the face is purple. Imprisoned Souls are used for Armor and Potions. You hear groans when you come near it. Spawned in groups of 4 - 8. Found as often a gold.
Souls of the Damned- A Light grey block with red eyes all over it. This is used for enchants and potions. You her screams when you come near it. Spawns in groups of 2 -4.Found as often as Redstone.
Imprisoned Soul of the Destroyer- A Block that is Black, has Red Eyes, and a Red Mouth. You can hear growls when you come near it. Spawns in groups of 1. As rare as diamond.
MOBS: The new Mobs in the Terra Spiritus, are hostile, and neutral. They are:
Ghost: 5 Hearts, and does half a heart of damage. Spawns in groups of 3 - 6. Hostile. They are VERY common. 2 Blocks tall. Drops Soul Remains. 15 Block sight Radius. They Teleport 5 Blocks closer to you.
Spirit: 10 Hearts. Does 3 hearts of damage. Spawns in groups of 1 - 4. Neutral. THey are VERY common. 2 Blocks Tall. Drops Soul Reamins. 15 Block sight Radius.
Banshees: 10 Hearts, 3 Hearts of damage, and can scream knocking you back 6 blocks. Spawns in groups of 3 - 4. Hostile, Uncommon. 2 Blocks tall. Drops Soul Remains and a Token of Thanks. 15 Block sight Radius.
Wraith: 15 Hearts. 5 Hearts of Damage, knocks you back 3 extra blocks, and is slow. Spawns in groups of 1 - 2. Hostile. Uncommon, and 3 Blocks tall. Drops Soul Remains and Ghostly Heart. 15 Block sight Radius.
Seraph: 20 Hearts. 5 Hearts of Damage. Slow, spawns in groups of 1. Neutral, and are Rare. They are 4 Blocks tall and will give you 2 Soul Shards for every 10 Soul Remains you give them. They Drop Soul Remains. 25 Block sight Radius. They have ranged attacks.
Revenant: 10 Hearts. 2 Hearts of Damage. Spawns in Group of 3 - 4. Neutral. They are Common, and are 2 Blocks tall. They Drop Soul Remains and Soul Shards. 15 Block sight Radius.
Apparition: 15 Hearts. 3 Hearts of Damage, Spawns in Groups of 2 - 3. They are Hostile. 3 blocks tall. Rare. Drops Soul Remains. 10 Block sight Radius. They have ranged attacks.
The Destroyer: 30 Hearts, 7 Hearts of Damage. Can only be spawned when used Prison of the Destroyer. Hostile, slow, 30 Block Radius, and wears leather armor. Drops Heart of the Destroyer.

Soul Shards can make Swords and arrows. A Soul Sword has the same crafting recipe as all swords. Soul Swords do 3 Damage to all of these Ghosts. Soul Arrows do 1 Damage uncharged, 3 half charged, and 5 fully charged.
When you put a Soul Shard above a piece of armor armor in your crafting table, it modifies to protect you better in the spirit world. It causes you to 1 heart less damage from the Spirits and allows you to inflict 1 heart extra damage.
Soul Remains can add enchants and used to brew potions. In the Crafting grid, putting Soul Remains on your Spirit Sword allows it to do 5 Hearts of damage to all these ghosts. It also allows it to knock all ghosts back 2 extra blocks. When applied to ANY WEAPON that is not a Spirit Sword, it does 3 hearts of damage to spirits. It can also be used to make "Potion of the Wailing Banshee" which is a splash potion. When tossed, it creates gail forced wails to knock anything within 5 blocks of the hit radius 10 blocks away. Lasts 5 Seconds. There is also Potion of the Forsaken Revenant. This potion causes you to fly up to 15 blocks high and you take 3 hearts extra damage while being immune to lava and fall damage. This lasts 1 minute and 30 seconds.

Imprisoned Souls can also be used to be create a Potion of Imprisonment, which is a Splash potion. When thrown, any mob in this realm, excluding the Destroyer, Wraiths, and Seraphs, become your slave for 5 Minutes. After 5 minutes, they die dropping twice their loot.

When He Drops the "Heart of the Destroyer" it can be used to Instantly redeem any spirit that is within 50 blocks of you. This causes them to go to Heaven, and for every 5 spirits redeemed, you receive 2 Diamonds!
Token of Thanks are dropped by Banshees. These poor creatures were torn apart by The Destroyer and do not wish to live within the Spirit Realm. A Token of Thanks restores your health by 3 hearts and when helled, banshees won't attack you.
If there's already 2 realms that have barely anything wouldn't you rather fix them rather then work on another realm

I love the complexity and I love how thought out this is. The ideas of this are great. Though the issue I see that you stated yourself is that the other realms are boring. Why make a third realm amazing but ignore the other two? I feel that those two should be improved upon heavily to the extent that your idea is, and then maybe this realm of yours would be a feasible idea.
