Dirt 2 Mud
If there a hollow section under 1 or 2 layer of dirt.
It will fall down and turn into mud after long period rain, snow , running water.
dirt blocks on top of more then 3 blocks of dirt or other blocks will not fall down and turn into mud.
Wood Decay
Wood, when exposed to the outdoor it gets lighter, less detailed and starts to weaken.
Some biomes weaken these quicker, moving water will decay it faster.
After a long time wood will decay into nothing.
However if building under a tree or in a biome that isn't harsh (biome have temps, and weather system in code)
It would take a really long time for wood to decay.
However wood can be treated using a a mix of sugar(salt) and water.
And will last 5x longer. (which will seem like almost forever)
Cobble leak
Water will leak through cobble after a while if water is rushing against it.
As Cobble stone has cracks in it.
Cobble will turn into mossy cobble after being exposed to water for long period of time(including rain)
Mossy cobble will make it more likely for spiders to spawn on it.
Moss on the cobble can be scraped off by sword. (aka sharp edge)
Sand n Gravel Leak
After long exposure to running water, it will start leaking water through it.
I thought all these should be in a option as "realism"
I thought these would make it so people think twice when building trying to survive.

What do you guys think?
Pardon English Please.
Agreed!

having to replace blocks after they decay, that would be more of a pain in the @$$ than endermen always steeling my blocks!
