I'd like to be able to choose how the biomes are, like if we want them the awesome way they use to be or if u want over large biomes where u get bored easily? Wether I want rivers or swamps, wether I only wanna take out towns and keep abandoned mines.
Beds should also be harder to make, get three wool blocks and your set. No worrying about fighting more monsters. People have to sit around and wait in their homes so they don't get killed is that original and best part about minecraft.
Minecraft is no longer the cave mining game, now it's becoming an RPG. It shouldn't have an ending to the game. It's minecraft since when is there soposed to be an end?
Now we level up, use potions, echanting your armor? Truly not the "Cave game" we all originally anticipated. It's not about the mining and getting the diamond and building awesome mansions any more. Adding new goals to the game is good but bad at the same time, people need something to look forward to, but minecraft isn't soposed to have a point. Its not like we lost that but now it's about getting to the end and beating the game.
You don't HAVE to enchant things, you don't HAVE to make potions, The ender dragon battle isn't a real ending, it's just a cool thing to do, seriously, focus on mining and building if you want, or focus on leveling up and enchanting if you want.
Seeds are supposed to be random. It's more fun. Use a generation mod if you dislike every seed you try.
However beds are significantly hard to use. Mobs can spawn all around you. Also, you don't have to sleep in a bed, you know. Most do so when they are only low on health (I know I do)
There is no ending. It "ends" but then you "dream again" and you can replay it, like Zelda games where you can finish the game as many times as you want. You don't have to beat it, stop complaining. You don't have to use potions, enchantments, and such, play by your skills. It's your game.
You can do whatever you want with it. That's why Minecraft is one of the better games out there. It offers an RPG element, easy customizable gameplay through mods and texture packs, and a creative sandbox mode.
Mine: It's your world!
Craft: Craft the world into what you want!
I agree on the options thing. For one I would like to see the option to remover random spawn and endermen.
My use of this game was to take a building design out of my head and make it visible to others. I don't know any other way that is as simple and enjoyable as this game. Both random spawn and endermen ruin this for me.. Creeps randoms spawn in my place and blow it up. Regardless of how well lit it is. While endermen potentially remove all of your defenses. I built the place to be a fortress not a completely bypassable pile of dynamite magnet.
Alternatively I think a sealing block would also work. Simply put it would be a block that you summon that would allow you to encapsulate a specific area on a map. While not effecting the fun of adventure mode outside of your abode. Fences protect from walking onto your property but really don't fit some schemes. Also they don't stop endermen from digging blocks below your fence. If you happen to have a complex subsurface structure it gets even more irritating. When a creeper gets random spawned inside your well lit area and not only kills you but destroys a few months work. Not only are you dead and having to fill a whole but if certain blocks were above you now have to excavate.
