the Suggestion for YOU! :laugh.gif:
NOTE: Even though this is a long post, it isn't that complicated.
NOTE2: I double spaced this so reading would be simpler. :smile.gif:
I think, that when you tame a wolf, you should be able to do different things to them to tell
them apart. To start it off, when you tame a wolf, a GUI pops up. There would be a "text bar"
where you could enter the name of your wolf, which would appear above it. Unlike modded
tameable mobs, such as More Creeps & Weirdos' guinea pig, a health bar does NOT pop up under
the name. Another feature in this new GUI is coloring the collar. Like most coloring options,
there is a red, blue, and green scale, plus the color currently. When you are done, you press
a button that could say "Done". If you ever want to change the name or collar color again, you
would simply right-click it with a bone in your hand, and the GUI will simply pop up again. It
would cost 1 bone in return, however. Anyway, for players who want to go further, you could
color the fur! Coloring fur would be more limited than coloring the collar, however. You could
just grab a dye, right-click your wolf, and the fur becomes the color of the dye (e.g. bone
meal = white wolf color, light gray dye = default wolf color, lapis lazuli = blue wolf color,
etc.). It would cost 1 of the dye you are using, though. But out of all these things the only
thing needed is the name, but for players who like colorful wolves, they could use this! :biggrin.gif:
Reply on what you think of this suggestion! I would LOVE nice replies!
but blue wolfs sound a little ridiculous, I think giving it dye should have a chance to change the color of the fur but the stranger the color the lower the chance it will change.
