Pretty much a block, where you could stack any amount of them together, then post a jpg or an animated gif up on it directly from your HD. Or if everyone is worried about inappropriate content, have it be queued up for the admin to accept or deny the request to post the image.
Wouldn't it be faster/easier to just have a spray like in css or some thing?
I agree, I'd prefer this, but keeping with the theme of the game I figured building blocks would be better.
Possibly even custom flags for various teams/groups?
Nice idea. Doesn't need admin approve imo, just make it notify in the console who uploaded it. That way admins can ban people for posting inappropriate things.

Yeah, having a way to view who uploaded certain images as well as delete them would be nice.
