I just thought of a gamemode that I think would be awesome to have in Minecraft. You switch to a new upgrade gamemode where you create a save. (Not just a world). In this save a world will be randomly generated as usually. The gameplay will be like hardcore mode and you will start with no items, you will not be able to get items either. When you eventually die you will get a score. A percantage of this should be converted to money. When you enter your save in the gamemode, the world will be gone, but you can choose to make a new one or enter a shop. In the shop you will be able to use the money you gained so far to buy items and add them to your inventory. Now when you start a new world you will have thoose items when you start, (But you will still not be able to collect more items). This way you will be able to survive for longer and longer. What do you think about this gamemode?

It sounds really stupid, the entire idea of minecraft is to collect recources from the world around and and make tools/get more from them. What is the point of just running around in minecraft if you cannot build? it sounds pointless and boring to me.
A whole game mode for this is unnecessary, but I think you should get points for every monster you kill, the option should be vanilla only because the aim would be to start off with the items you buy from playing for a long time. The time you've played would be totaled and each day would be worth one point, this is a very powerful option so pricing for a stack of wood should be 40 days. Don't take building out though...
