Well, I thought about this when I saw the Silk Touch Enchantment.
Fire Touch will essentially be applyable to a sword,pickaxe or axe and it will "cook" the dropped items.
Ergo:
-If you're using a pixaxe with fire touch and mining iron ore, you will get an iron ingot instead of iron ore.
-If you're killing a pig with a sword with fire touch you will get a cooked pork chop instead of a raw one.
-If you're chopping down a tree with an axe that has fire touch, it will drop charcoal.
Great idea. It would be awesome getting iron ingots instead of ore, it's really annoying have to go back to cook it when my pickaxe run out of durability. Since I always go mining with some wood :tongue.gif:
With how often "magical cooking fire tools!!!1!!11!ONE!" get suggested? It could at least shut people up. It should be a high-cost enchantment, though.

It should definetely be one of the enchantments which require the maximum amount of bookcases around it, i do sorta support but i can't see any flaws (which there should be) when using it.
It's an amazing idea, but how would it be crafted?
I'm assuming something like this?
