Suggestion: A positive status effect, "Well rested." When you sleep in a bed, for one minute running will not cost extra hunger. This effect is lost if you take damage from any source. This buff will not grant you the ability to run if your hunter bar is too low.

Sounds a lot like Fallout's well-rested perk. except with food instead of XP.
Bethesda copyrighted the concept of rest, didn't you know?
Seriously though, I don't see a problem with this. A minute is a very small amount of time, considering how Minecraft is, and considering that you can't sleep in the day.
Well, days are 10min and nights are 7min(fyi to all who don't know)
After you sleep you can spend 1/10 of the day doing physical labor of any type and not lose energy.
I think it's a good idea but it shouldn't wear off if something hurts you, that just makes no sense.
I'm thinking that the buff should be increased to 5 minutes but nerfed to minor hunger loss, but not the full amount. It would provide more of an incentive to sleep instead for just the few times you want to go outside w/o it being night.

I do not like the idea of Bethesda to sue Mojang for copyright for Minecraft.
