HEY GUYS! This is the spot to post about mobs that you would find to be "cool" in the mushroom biome! Type out the mobs name, a description, and why you think it would be cool! Me, I suggest a new mob called an "infected." They would roam the mushroom biome as creatures with the players dimensu=ions, except with one half of it's left arm torn off, and mushrooms growing on it's body. It would not have the same skin as a zombie, nor the same sound. It would be a completely new mob, for the mushroom biome!
Shrooman
Health: 5 hearts
Damage: .5-easy, 1-normal, 1.5-hard
Spawn: On mycelium, daytime only. semi-common.
Description: A small, beige coloured stalk with tiny limbs and a huge mushroom for a head, these guys are the most common inhabitants of mushroom biomes. If you right click them with a mushroom love hearts appear over their head and occasionally a random mushroom spurts out (as an item) of their mushroom-hat growth! This means killing them, in the long run, is less profitable than befriending them.
Drops: 1-2 brown\red mushrooms
Giant Shroomail
Health: 20 hearts
Damage:1-easy, 2-normal, 2.5-hard
Spawn: on mycelium within a 10 block radius of mushroom stalk blocks.
Description: These fellas are 3 blocks tall, 2 blocks wide and 4 blocks long, light brown-ish coloured slugs with GIANT round mushrooms on their back! Whenever they eat a mushroom that is planted they get a slight bit bigger. If you can feed one around 10 mushrooms it will reach maximum size, and then you can put a saddle on it and ride it! It goes pretty fast for a snail! Warning: if you feed it over 20, it may become too big and explode into mushrooms! :ohmy.gif:

Appearance: Looks like a mushroom cap. It is half a block tall but 3x3 blocks wide.
Attack: When you get too close it emits poison gas that poisons you

Spawn: Mycelium
Neutral
Appearance: Thin limbs like a skeleton, 1 and a half blocks tall, white body, has a red mushroom cap.
Attack, shootsdarts at you.
Drops: 5-12 red mushrooms
Posion Dartshroom:
Spawn: Mycelium in the dark, rare
Hostile
Appearance: Thin limbs like a skeleton, 1 and a half blocks tall, brown body, has a purple mushroom cap, makes purple portal particles.
Attack: shoots darts at you, poisons you.
Drops: 2-8 mini shroomines (2x2 sized shroomines)
mushroom versins of all the mobs with humanoid mushrooms as leaders. they should make structures out of mushroom blocks and try to kill the player on sight
My idea is pretty simple, The Oppisate of Red Shrooms, Brown Shroom. It is a Brown Mooshroom with Brown Mushrooms growing on back, when sheered the same ammount of Mushrooms possible is given and is turn into a normal cow. When Milked with a bowl your still given Mushroom Stew.

Mushies hide on the ground by looking exactly like a giant mushroom's cap. When approached, the little suckers pop out of the ground, revealing stub legs and charging rather quickly at the player. Sometimes they spawn in groups of 4-5, making them a real threat to the unaware.
Drops 2-3 mushrooms of the same type as its cap.

It looks like an oversized red/brown mushroom, but upon closer examination, it has eyes!
Huge -> 3x3 large, very rare, splits into 3 medium, deals 2 hearts of damage
Medium -> 2x2 large, normal, splits into 6 small, deals 1 heart of damage
Small -> 1 block large, common, drops 1~3 Red/Brown Mushroom upon death, no damage
