Recently, notch, and Jeb, have been making alot of work on end game content. We can then assume that we assume the "end" dimension to be the end of the game. My opinion is that the end shouldn't be the end of the game but rather the beginning of the end.
It starts like this, the only current way to escape the end is through death, I think you should be able to escape through the use of dragons. they should be able to be tamed (Golden apple anyone?) so you can escape back to the overworld. once back in the overworld, you should be able to use the dragon as the only legitimate way to get to the skylands. That way, going to the end, while still being dangerous, can still have a huge reward. The skylands would then be the "end of the game" where there would be a huge temple or something with the final boss.
You beat the boss and the credits roll.

P.S. That last bit was a joke if you haven't guessed.
"Skylands" Don't exist anymore. The end is what it is now.
Notch worked on the skylands a while back they were never added in, but the terrain generation is still in the code isn't it? When did notch say the End replaced the skylands though?
I was referring to that.
And don't say the End and the skylands are the same thing, they are completely different. The end is a finite little floating dish, the skylands are a huge floating island dimension.

I never said they were the same thing, I'm saying notch stopped working on skylands, so technically it doesn't "exist" anymore until he starts working on it again.

Girl, if you were a Pokemon, I'd catch you with a love ball. ;D

Why are you saying it doesn't exist anymore? It never did exist. I was suggesting a way to add it in.
The skylands, or dreamworld(which it will be called) will be accessed on random occasions after you sleep. Why would they make the ender world inescapable? That is outrageous.

Well, I am sticking with my Aether mod then...

You just don't understand what I'm saying.
I do understand what you are saying, I was just trying to prove a point.
No, no you don't.
Never mind. Seriously I see your point and I was a little too quick to respond.
@KyoShinda the ender is unescapible at the moment, I suggested a way to escape.
