Hi. I think Notch should add a new keybind that allows the user to take a panorama screenshot from their location. No matter where you look, it will always take the snapshots facing DIRECTLY North, South, Up, Down, etc.. Your player will be immobile until the snap process is finished (to prevent weird looking backgrounds).I recommend this because I don't want to have to go through 10 mins worth of getting it right. I have to:
Resize minecraft to around 256p each side
Take all 6 snaps
Close MC
Open Paint.NET (which takes a long time when opened after a while from last startup)
Open all images
Make them all 256x256p EXACTLY
Save them
Name them correctly
Put them in my texture pack (or .jar)
And in the Mods & Texture Packs section, there'd be a button that says "Panoramas" where all the 6 snaps are stored.
Every Panorama snap you take, a new folder would be created with the usual name of an original snap, inside them being the 6 snaps being created. Please post your opinion in the pool above. Thank you for your time!
