The Goblin King could be a new boss, it would be a fat Green goblin, with a crown on his head and a drumstick in his hand. And it would be 4 blocks tall, sitting down.
The Goblin King would be very fat, and thus unable to move. Their weapon would be a giant drumstick. The way they would attack would be that they smash their drumstick into the ground, causing some splash damage. It would do either 3 1/2, 4, or 5 hearts of damage to whatever is within 4-5 blocks of the attack. At the same time, the only way for the player to do damage to the King is by attack their back. But you have to be careful not to get hit by the King's attack first, because if you do get it you'll be knocked back. The way this would be balanced out would be by making it so that there is a 1-3 second delay between the King's attacks, giving the player a chance to do some damage. The Goblin King would have 15-20 hearts, which is 30-40 health.
Now for the drops, the first would obviously be a high amount of Skill Points. The second would be one or two pieces of food, from cooked pork (1-2), cooked beef (1-2), or cooked chicken (1-2). And finally, the other drop would be a Giant Drumstick. The handle being the bone. The Giant Drumstick would do the same amount of damage as the Goblin King did (3 1/2, 4, or 5) and would also do damage to any mob within 4-5 blocks of the attack. Not only would the Giant Drumstick function as a weapon, but it would ALSO function as a source of food! However using it as food would use up more of it's durability by 3 rather than by one if used as a weapon. And if used as food, it would fill 4 hunger things (Don't know what to call them). It could have 150 uses if used as a weapon only, and 50 uses if used as a food source only. But one can choose to use it as both.
