Yes, I know everybody and their mother has done this. But I'm doing it anyway.
So you've got an Ender Pearl from an Enderman. But it's just rotting away in your chests! What are you going to use that for?!
Introducing the FOLIAGE DU MORT!
When one obtains an Ender Pearl, one may plant it a la a Sapling! (Make sure to keep it away from rivers; Ender Pearls won't grow in the sun or if the soil they're in is <6 blocks from water.)
Once it's grown, you get a DEAD TREE! Dead Trees are skinny as hell; in fact, instead of regular blocks, they're composed of branches, which are the size and shape of fences instead of blocks. These also appear sideways on the tree as the branches which would have held leaves, if leaves were capable of growing on these.
One can remove the branches of a dead tree via an Axe only, and ONLY if it's Iron or better. These branches can be crafted with Ender Pearls to create tools and technology (along with Ender Pearls), like so!
A note: When one is immersed in water, Endermen lose their power. The same goes for dead tree items. All Ender Armor reverts to Leather, and Ender Tools and Items in the active inventory are reduced to Wooden tools and most basic items.
Untorch:
Untorches glow with a neon-ish blue flame. When placed, they extinguish all other torches within a 15-block radius, as well as preventing fires from being lit. They also consume light, lowering light levels the same amount that torches raise them.
(Warning! When Endermen spawn, they often seek out this item!)
Enderscimitar:
Enderscimitars, when aimed at a mob and swung, teleport the player behind the foe's back instantaneously, slashing the mob in the back. This functions for up to 15 blocks distance. It has the damage of an iron sword, but not the durability.
(Warning! Does not damage Endermen!)
Enderpick:
Enderpicks can mine like iron picks (though without the durability), but, immediately upon mining, transfer the block to your inventory. Never lose your diamonds to lava again!
(Warning! If thrown into water, all Ender Items will revert to wooden tools, Leather Armor or wooden blocks!)
Endercleaver:
Endercleavers, when used to cut down trees, have a special effect with right-click: all leaves within 4 blocks of the tree will combust, leaving no drops. It chops with the efficiency of an Iron Axe, but not the durability.
(Warning! No leaves means no saplings! Protect the environment!)
Endertiller:
Endertillers transform grass into barren ground. Barren ground is about the same as dirt, but darker and sicker-looking. On barren ground, nothing will grow: no trees, no grass, no flowers, nothing! It has the durability of an Iron Hoe.
(Warning! Water will restore barren ground to regular soil if it is within 1 block.)
Enderspade:
Enderspades dig up dirt fairly efficiently, but will occasionally take three times as long for a single block. Don't adjust your set, though: when this happens, the block will be dug up as a random piece of sweets! (i.e. cocoa beans, cookies, sugar, very rarely cake) Like everything else, it's as effective as iron but not as durable.
(Warning! If a block is in contact with water, digging it up will yield only Rotten Meat.)
Enderarmor: Made with the regular armor diagrams plus a single Pearl, placed anywhere.
Enderarmor does a most miraculous thing: it makes skeletons worthless! Any attack from more than 5 blocks away causes the Enderarmor to teleport in one of four directions (based on which armor has the most durability).
Helmet: Backwards
Breastplate: Sideways
Leggings: Whatever direction the player was facing
Boots: Upwards
Unfortunately, the Enderarmor takes durability damage whenever one teleports.
(Warning! If you're around water, don't let the Enderarmor disorient you into falling in! Also, it doesn't kick in against Endermen!)
(where Red Flowers are string)
Enderrod:
When an Enderrod is used to snare an enemy, reeling it in whiplashes the foe past you and into the air! Around ten blocks to be precise. This allows you to smack mobs against walls behind you or toss them into lava pits. Or you could just fish in the lava pits themselves to find items like coal, gold nuggets and iron ore.
(Warning! Fishing in water turns the Enderrod into a stick!)
Enderarrows and Enderbow:
Enderarrows, upon contact, stick in the foe and keep them out of attack range. Whenever a foe with an Enderarrow stuck in them gets close, the Enderarrow is expended to teleport them 17 blocks away in whatever direction they were approaching in. Of course, they can only be fired from an Enderbow...
(Warning! An Enderarrow aimed into an Enderman will only send him to your location, damage-free!)
And that's it!
(Warning: May cause shortened lifespan, consumption by Endermen while you sleep, impotence.)

If you want to, mentally replace all instances of "Ender" with "Nether" and all "Pearl" with "Wart".
